Riyad Akteruzzaman, Project Executive

Riyad Akteruzzaman joined Alantis Global in 2011. He is a trained architect with experience in design, construction management and development. Riyad's broad skills support the company’s dual goals of quality design and construction. Prior to Alantis Global, Riyad worked as a Junior Architect at an award-winning Brooklyn design and development firm. Previously, Mosfigul worked as a project manager at a construction management firm. Riyad contributed to the design and construction of several multi-family residences, pre-fabricated townhouses, and countless retail & commercial construction projects in New York City. Riyad received a Bachelors of Technology in Architecture with a minor in Construction Management, from City University of New York, NYCCT.

Sal Azad, Project Manager

Sal Azad has joined Alantis Global in 2013 as it began to rebrand and expand its services. Sal is a certified Construction Manager, and holds a graduate certificate in construction management from Pace University. With his educational and field experience Sal is able to oversee and lead subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to guarantee on schedule delivery of projects.

Long Fei, Architectural Project Manager

Ehsanul is an experienced Project Architect and responsible for interior renovations from conception to completion.  Ehsanul's experience include the supervision and execution of projects valued over $1 million. Ehsanul received his  Bachelors of Technology in Architecture Technology from New York City College of Technology, CUNY. While at college, Ehsanul received a scholarship from the Emerging Scholars Program for his research in sustainability ‘Passiv Haus: Approaching a Net Zero Energy Architecture, which has been published in college book of abstracts and selected for the 16th International Passiv Haus Institute Conference in Hanover, Germany. Ehsanul enjoys photography in his leisure time, and some of his photographs have been published in multiple media outlets.

Marc Han, Architectural Project Manager

Xavier is an experienced project architect, and 3d visualization artist. He graduated with honors and earned a Bachelors of Technology in Architecture from the University of New York, NYCCT. He commenced his career at Philipp Mohr Design Studio, a young, avant garde architectural design firm in Williamsburg which specialized in interior design. Here he worked on a myriad of projects including everything from the design of loft apartments in Williamsburg, to the design of homes in Connecticut and Germany. While at Philipp Mohr design Studio he developed a wide variety of skills including project management, interior design and 3d visualization. In order to hone his skills in the more technical aspects of architecture, he then moved on to work at AA soil and concrete testing, an engineering design firm which specialized in creating construction documents for NYC Building Department approval. Here he worked on commercial and residential projects and gained knowledge of the necessary procedure which takes a project from from beginning to NYC Building Department approval.
